By purchasing an Energy Healing Session (Reiki) you are agreeing that this does not replace any psychological and/or medical treatment. Energy Healing is a tool to help the body relax and naturally heal. Coaching is used for guidance and to help bring awareness to limiting beliefs. Energy Healing and Coaching can be used alongside psychological and/or medical treatment. You acknowledge that choosing to follow Carol’s advice is completely on YOUR OWN ACCORD. You also acknowledge to release Carol from any responsibility for anything in your life.

The client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the Energy Healer/Coaching relationship and his/her energy healing/coaching calls and interactions with the Energy Healer/Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Energy Healer/Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Energy Healer/Coach. Client understands that Energy Healing and Coaching is NOT therapy or medical treatment and does NOT substitute for therapy or medical treatment if needed, and does NOT prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical diseases.

 

Client acknowledges that Energy Healing/Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that Energy Healing/Coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals.

 

Client acknowledges that there are no refunds for completed services, no shows, and cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

 

Client acknowledges that if they are 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment the session is considered a no show and the session will be canceled. Unless there is prior communication with Carol.

 

Confidentiality: Carol agrees to treat the Energy Healer/Coaching - Client relationship as confidential. All information exchanged is considered confidential unless you express to harm yourself and/or others.

PRE-RECORDED SESSION: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for another service. This is a pre-recorded session where Carol will record the session and email you the video once completed. Please allow a 1-5 business day turnaround time. Please check your spam folder if the video is not received after that time frame.
